Sponsorship Guidelines
- Awards up to $5,000
- Must impact Wyandotte County, KS and its residents.
- Sponsorships are limited to 1 event sponsorship per organization per calendar year
Funding Parameters
To be considered for sponsorship, events must:
- Serve Wyandotte County, KS residents and demonstrate a clear local impact.
- Be hosted by a nonprofit organization, community group, or public entity.
- Align with at least one of the Foundation’s strategic priority areas.
Alignment with Strategic Priorities
Sponsorships must demonstrate a meaningful connection to one or more of the following priorities:
- Healthy Communities: Efforts that increase access to quality, affordable healthcare and promote overall physical and mental well-being.
Examples: wellness education, community health events
- Resilient Communities: Initiatives that address trauma, strengthen protective factors, and support healing-centered engagement.
Examples: youth and caregiver programming, trauma-informed workshops,community healing events
- Collaborative Communities: Activities that build partnerships, strengthen community networks, and advance shared solutions to health challenges.
Examples: cross-sector convenings, community dialogues, coalition-building events
