Connect the Dottes is a community-informed strategic roadmap developed in collaboration with The Family Conservancy and Rooted Strategy. Through listening sessions, design labs, and strategy sprints, the roadmap gathered insights from over 150 Wyandotte County residents—including youth, caregivers, educators, and providers.
With a framework of equity-centered strategies to prevent and address childhood trauma and expand mental health supports, the community input gathered will help to direct the future of the Wyandotte Health Foundation's funding priorities, particularly in the Resilient Communities area of focus.
